QAgile

Kacper is an Agile Coach with a positive approach and unwavering faith in people, and the fact that everything can be changed – it only takes time. He likes to take risks at work and follow a path that no one has ever gone before – he is in constant learning mode and encourages teams to do the same. Data-driven mindset helps him and the teams he works with drawing conclusions based on facts and data instead of gut feelings.

In over 8 years of professional experience, he cooperated with more than 15 different teams across organizations such as PKO BP, Bank Millennium, Raiffeisen Polbank, Deutsche Bank, or PKN Orlen – as a team member, as well as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.

He conducted multiple workshops and training sessions with senior management, product owners, project managers, and teams. Teams he worked with provided complex solutions for market-leading mobile banking apps, or risk and retail credit departments. He began his career as an Analyst working arm-by-arm with other team members. This experience has given him a great understanding of Development Team and Product Owner roles, and that is one of the reasons why he can effectively support teams on a daily basis.

During the last 5 years, he has been focusing on Agile Transformations in the Polish banking sector’s leading companies.

Kacper will give his talk with Maciej Stępnikowski.

How system thinking enabled us to see the whole and pushed us to change the way we work

Do you want to get to know how to engage your managers to think creatively and focus on the important things? Do you want to enable change in your product development structure but you don't know how? Are your teammates and managers tired of hearing about Agile and Scrum without seeing their benefits?

We will take you into the journey, where we'll show you how we gathered data, crafted a system optimization goal of decreasing lead time, sketched a system model using system thinking techniques, and defined actions and experiments which had an impact on our goal by the example of product development of IKO - the biggest polish mobile banking app.
