Zuzanna is a great supporter of working with people and the process of creating the best workplace for developers and scrum masters community. She worked as a Scrum Master, Change Agent and Agile Coach and led the adoption of Scrum in individual teams and large organizations on the way to Agile transformation. She also conducted trainings related to Scrum and Agile. She works at Ergo Technology and Services and has supported various organizations in applying agile methods (PGE Systemy, Lufthansa Systems).

From the beginning of her work as a Scrum Master, she uses stoicism in practice, Liberating Structures and NVC.
