Good practises sharing
As it stands today, building continues learning culture is a big challenge. Job rotation, which is the temporary movement of employees from one job to another within an organization, can be used to empower employees’ growth and speed up value delivery. We will show how startups and corporations use rotation to develop software engineers and managers and accelerate an organization’s learning process. The presentation is based on the case study of two companies: Silicon Valley’s startup Sumo Logic and leading insurance company Aviva - their lessons learned, best practices, and experiences.
