Workshop—Agile Education, education tailored to the competences of the future

Do you dream of schools where students learn primarily cooperation, effective communication, critical thinking? Schools where creativity, curiosity, courage to experiment, and thinking out of the box are not killed? A school where error is a resource and conflict contributes to quality solutions instead of being swept under the rug? Win-win solutions?

Let us put it straight: the school as it is today does not meet the needs of the present or the future. Is not adaptive, not agile.

During the workshop we would like to share how eduScrum answers to how to change education so that it is tailored to the competencies needed by young people living in a VUCA world.

The sisters Marta Orbitowska and Paulina Orbitowska-Fernandez are the only eduScrum trainers in Poland. Marta comes from the IT world, she is Agile Coach and Scrum Master, and Paulina from the world of education, is an NVC teacher and trainer. Professionally, they were linked by the dream of (r) evolution in education.
