Efficient Product Backlog refinement in practice

A well-executed and regular Product Backlog refinement increases the effectiveness of the Sprint Planning and influences the value of the product. At the same time, it requires the involvement of the entire Scrum Team and awareness of the purpose of this process.

Using the Merge-Diverge-Merge concept, I will share an example and inspiration on how to follow the rhythm of the regular Product Backlog refinement and perform it efficiently in practice.

In more details, I am going to share:
1) How to apply the Golden Circle concept to refinement (Why/How/What)?
2) What are common mistakes during the process of refinement?
3) How to apply the concept of Merge-Diverge-Merge step-by-step for an efficient Product Backlog refinement?
