Kicking off an effective coaching engagement

Starting a new engagement with an organisation effectively is likely to create the foundations for an impactful coaching relationship that will lead to meaningful and sustainable change. In this talk, we will explore how to kick off a relationship with an enterprise when we start as an internal or external Agile Coach.
What is the mindest? What is the main focus? What do we pay attention to? What do we need to agree or clarify? What are some traps and challenges we might encounter?

We will answer these questions and you will leave with a clear idea about how to kick off a new engagement and prepare the ground for success.

Workshop—Lean Startup mindset and how to deal with ever—changing market conditions.

Have you ever worked in organisations that have to deal with ever changing market conditions and develop products under extreme uncertainty? What is the right mindset to survive and thrive as an organisation? How can organisations know if they are building a product that customers will like and whose growth will be sustainable? How can we avoid launching a perfect product that no one will pay for?

In this workshop we will explore the Lean Startup mindset and we will talk about how organisations can learn and pivot effectively. We will learn how to build exactly what is needed to test product riskiest assumptions.
We will discuss metrics that are essential to understand how the product will evolve over time. We will apply these concepts to a case study so that you will be able to take that learning back to your organisation immediately.
