Krystian Kaczor is Agile Coach and Professional Scrum Trainer who still takes an active part in building products and running projects. Doing Scrum hands on since 2006. For more than decade he is working with the most renowned companies improving teams, processes, projects and organizations. Broad, international experience from support engineer to program manager helps him to have a holistic view on ALM. Working with different organizations from small teams to geographically distributed corporations resulted in a unique approach to introducing and improving Scrum implementations. His experience includes Telecomm, Finance, Government and Pharma industries.
Krystian is the author of the “Scrum i nie tylko” book and multiple other publications.

Using coaching principles in his own life, he believes in judging the effectiveness of practices by measuring the results and that the best way to learn is by teaching others. He likes to go outside the comfort zone learning new skills, anything from calligraphy and cooking to repairing cars and sports shooting.
