Keynote— The Answer is in the First Line of the Manifesto

Has your Agile effort slowed or is it failing? Are you wondering "What's gone wrong?" You're not alone. What if the key to more successful, sustainable Agile had been hiding in the first line of the Agile Manifesto?

April Mills will guide us through a closer look at the first line of the Agile Manifesto, and unlock the secrets we might have missed. Focusing on just eight words from the first line of the Agile Manifesto, April will describe how we can energize and accelerate our Agile efforts. As a bonus, these eight words also provide the answer to the question, "How can we, the internal and external Agile change agents, work better together to create agile organizations?"

Now for the test: Can you recite the first line of the Agile Manifesto from memory? If not, feel free to look it up and guess at which eight words April will focus on. Come to AgilebyExample to check your guess against her answer or tweet your guess and #whatstheanswer to her at @engineforchange.
