Seven years ago, my career took a pivotal turn as I discovered agile. It was an instant match, especially given my extensive background in large-scale, enduring waterfall SAP projects. This epiphany sparked a relentless pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. My passion to share my knowledge with others naturally led me to become a Professional Kanban Trainer with ProKanban.org.

Currently, I serve as a Scrum Master at a Danish company, where I’m privileged to apply and advocate for Flow and Kanban, fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on a data-driven approach.

Off the clock, you’ll often find me on my yoga mat, practicing mindfulness, or taking leisurely strolls in nature. Being a social butterfly, I thrive on spending time with people, forming connections, and nurturing meaningful relationships
