ABE25 will be starting shortly. We are thrilled and looking forward to hosting you during the fifteenth edition of ABE.

Please take a moment to read this important information.

Tickets

There are no printed nor digital tickets for the conference, you will just need to register at the front desk in the morning (either Monday or Tuesday). For the latecomers – if there’s no-one at the desk (most of the time there will be) look for one of the organizers around the venue to complete your registration.

The Conference

Conference days (Tuesday and Wednesday) begin at 8:30 AM. The first talk begins at 9:30 AM. The agenda can be found here. You can choose between YELLOW and PINK tracks freely (no preregistration), although – for convenience – we recommend switching the tracks during the breaks.

The conference will be held in Multikino Złote Tarasy, one of the largest cinemas in Warsaw. The venue is easily accessible by metro, train and numerous buses and trams. Find more info about the location here.

Extra activities during the conference

AskTheExpert will have a format of 40-min long round-table discussion sessions. We have 7 sessions scheduled so far and we are still looking for more experts. The registration for these sessions will be available each morning in the green zone (in the foyer). Make sure to register for this unique opportunity.

The Dojo

If you attend the Dojo on Monday you will be starting the morning session at 9:30 AM. To register and grab a coffee, make sure to arrive a little earlier (we open the registration desk at 8:30). All the workshops will be held at the Wspólna Training Centre.

The Afterparty

On Tuesday evening join us for the ABE25 Afterparty at Brooklyn Burger’s Bar (Aleje Jana Pawła II St. 18, near Rondo ONZ metro station). We’ll be starting on October 7th, at 7:00 PM. We’ll have finger food and a welcome drink prepared. See you there!
