Ok, I flipped to LeSS and now what?

In January, our organization made a bold move: we made a flip and started LeSS adoption through a self-designing teams workshop. Rather than focusing on the reasons why we chose LeSS, this session will take you straight into the reality of what came after.

What we quickly learned is that LeSS doesn’t solve your problems—it just makes them very visible. And we had plenty. Decisions were often delayed or avoided, our engineering practices weren’t strong enough. On top of that, we were stuck with legacy tools and struggling with low transparency. All of these issues surfaced at once, forcing us to face them head-on.

In this talk, we’ll share concrete stories of how we approached these challenges: what helped us move forward, what turned out to be dead ends, and what we’re still figuring out today. If you’re curious about what really happens after the big flip in a LeSS adoption without sugar coating.

Adam will speak together with Oskar Szewczyk.
