Boldare
Anna Zarudzka
Anna Zarudzka is Co-CEO at Boldare, a holacratic company that for over 16 years has been building digital products across all stages of development for organizations in the Gulf region, the US, and Europe.
With a diverse background in opera singing, film, and television production, Anna entered the IT & Services industry by founding the design agency Chilid. In 2018, she successfully merged it with its sister company XSolve, creating Boldare.
Anna has extensive practical experience in agile organizations, lean startup, and full-cycle product development. She speaks from the perspective of a practitioner who has worked closely with companies to build, scale, and refine digital products across different stages of growth: always combining strategic insight with lessons learned in real product environments.
Beyond business, Anna is passionate about democratic education: a curiosity she cheerfully admits to testing on her own children, while also watching how freedom shapes her teams at work.
