I am a seasoned Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience supporting Agile teams and organizations in delivering value through collaboration and continuous improvement. I became a Scrum Master because I love exploring challenges together with passionate people who create amazing products. For the past 8 years, I’ve also worked as a trainer, helping individuals and teams deepen their Agile knowledge and practical skills. I am one of the organizers of Agile Coach Camp Poland (ACCPL), where I actively contribute to building and nurturing the Agile community.
