My main interest is effectiveness—how everyday habits, collaboration, communication style and decision-making shape what actually gets done and how it increase project’s impact.

Currently working to enable channel-agnostic Zowie AI Agent (Voice, Email, Chat) and building a reliable and secure infrastructure.

In a world where LLMs are constantly boosting our productivity, it’s becoming increasingly important not just which tools we use, but how we approach our tasks conceptually. It pays off more to work smart, rather than jumping into tasks quickly and doing them the old way.

This session explores how tailored thinking and problem-specific experiments can make us more effective. We’ll cover approaches to problem-solving, decision-making, and thoughtful execution—useful not just for programmers, but across many roles.
