Sergii Martyshko

Sergii is a seasoned technology transformation leader who helps clients to maximize the Business ROI from their technology investments and complex programs. Since joining Deloitte in 2022, he has led the Enterprise Technology Transformation capability, applying a data-driven, end-to-end value realization approach to drive impact in (digital) transformations.

With over 14 years of experience across Consumer, Energy, and Life Sciences sectors, Sergii has successfully managed multi-million-dollar portfolios and led key projects including ERP upgrades and multi-technology digital programs. His expertise spans Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, and analytics, enabling organisations to improve speed-to-market, reduce costs, and increase product satisfaction.

He has transformed 60+ teams to Agile ways of working, achieving significant improvements in product NPS, delivery speed, and cost efficiency. Sergii holds a Master in Applied Science and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile Coach.
As a servant leader, he drives data-informed transformation strategies that align technology with business goals to deliver measurable value.
