Marta Orbitowska is a coach, mentor, and change facilitator who supports business and education in cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

With over 20 years of professional experience – from quality engineering and process management to roles as Scrum Master, Agile Coach (scrum.org, KanbanUniversity) — she brings a systems-thinking perspective to organizational growth. Marta is an EMCC-accredited Coach and Mentor, a certified MindSonar® expert, and a pioneer of eduScrum® in Poland.

She holistically supports organizations through change, helping them align processes, structures, and culture to create environments that foster learning, experimentation, and sustainable value delivery. She helps IT teams and business leaders implement Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, and Agile principles in a way that makes a difference.

Her mission extends beyond organizations — she is actively engaged in transforming education through Agile practices. Marta believes Agile is not just a toolkit, but a mindset that empowers people to better respond to a rapidly changing world.
