I’m Maria Ghlonti, a passionate and, as they say, energetic speaker, trainer, and lecturer. My journey with Agile started 11 years ago when I was first baptized into the mindset and approaches that would shape my career. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping teams and organizations thrive through agility. As the organizer of Agile conferences in Georgia, I’ve had the privilege of building a vibrant community of like-minded professionals. I bring my experience and energy to every talk and training session, inspiring teams and leaders to embrace Agile principles for long-term success.
