How to build your own prioritization framework
There are numerous prioritization frameworks to choose from: ICE, RICE, WSFJ, MoScoW, you name it. However, they only fit some teams and projects, and it becomes especially complicated when you need to weigh out completely different features. What is more important for your team to do next: take the task that helps gain more users or the one that improves users' login security? Our team constantly faces such challenges, so we arrived at our own prioritization framework. In my talk, I'll share our experience and give hints on building a prioritization method that fits your project and requires less manual sorting of backlog items.
