A teacher-turned-scrum-master who apart from everything scrum and agile also likes anything systemic (needlessly complicated board games, anyone?). Last year he got a free hand at devising the system in which his teams would be working and communicating. The newly formed team turned out to be a huge success in the end and it was no coincidence – it was the result of a carefully planned Small Scale Scrumming.
