Kerstin Zulechner is a passionate consultant, coach, and project manager with over two decades of experience in large scale Agile transformations across industries such as technology, special machinery, and software development. Certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and in Agile Leadership (PAL I), Kerstin brings deep expertise in Theory of Constraints (TOC) and agile frameworks to her work. She applies CCPM and TOC at both the project and portfolio level to drive innovation, boost project throughput, and accelerate time-to-market.

As Managing Partner at Schuchert Managementberatung, she co-developed the task and project management platform factro®.

With her background in business psychology her focus is on helping organizations navigate complex transformations with a systemic, people-centered, and results-driven approach.
