Certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and in Agile Leadership (PAL I), Kerstin brings deep expertise in Theory of Constraints (TOC) and agile frameworks to her work. She applies CCPM and TOC at both the project and portfolio level to drive innovation, boost project throughput, and accelerate time-to-market.
