Jantine is a Manager at Deloitte, specialising in value-driven (agile) transformations. She has evolved from a software tester and QA Lead role in a SaaS environment to Enterprise Agile Coach and now Manager in enterprise-wide tech transformations. This has made her very aware of the challenges for teams and organizations to let Agile drive their productivity and impact.

With 8+ years of experience in technology transformations, she helps organisations achieve their strategic objectives by focusing on value in their end-to-end processes, balancing business goals with the human side of change.
