Let value decide what we do! Sure, but what value? And when that value has been created or achieved, when should we stop investing in that value?
In this workshop we'll using Value First (origin: Tom Gilb, EVO) to quantify concrete values in your product/service, visualize what level of value we want, current level and see how all Values identified connect to one another.
Next, we'll connect these ideas with Product Leadership and see how one leads greatly impacts innovation (and more), using concepts from Ellen Langer and Gary Hamel.
