Workshop—Scrum Master and Product Owner: Friends or Foes? Relationship anti-patterns and how to get through a conflict
During this workshop we will challenge Scrum roles misinterpretations and traps that every Scrum Master and Product Owner can easily fall into. We will dive into the murky waters of conflict between these two roles to break free from the anti-patterns in a creative and inspiring way.
Our forecasted take-aways:
- getting dirty by looking under the carpets where the conflicts are being swept
- challenging the status quo (again!) and crafting your very own ‚ta-da’ (not ‚to-do’) list in case of SM-PO conflict emergency
- giving and getting help from the group.
