With over eight years in the agile space, my journey took a transformative turn two years ago when I discovered the power of a data-driven approach to agility. This shift sparked a deep fascination with evidence-based decision-making and a strong departure from traditional or agile estimation. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to explore, apply, and share how data can drive meaningful outcomes and continuous improvement.

My passion for learning and teaching naturally led me to become a Professional Kanban Trainer with ProKanban.org. Currently, I serve as a Scrum Master at a Danish company, where I champion Flow and Kanban practices, helping teams and organizations embrace transparency, predictability, and sustainable delivery through actionable metrics.

Outside of work, I recharge on my yoga mat, practice mindfulness, and enjoy long walks in nature. A people person at heart, I thrive on building genuine connections and creating spaces for shared growth and learning.
