Adam Piekarczyk

Vice President at SoftNet, a company providing software for Poland’s cooperative banking sector. Since his university days, he has been fascinated by creating better work environments that enable people to grow through trust and transparency. He combines technical expertise (I use Arch, btw) with a passion for agile practices. At SoftNet, he is responsible for the product development and improvement division. Together with a team of talented colleagues, he is leading an organizational culture transformation to ensure the company can meet the challenges of modern times. Outside of work, Adam explores both digital and analog crafts – from woodworking to custom keyboards – and is also learning Japanese.
