As a Consultant, Trainer, and Agile Coach, he is a fervent advocate for agile methodologies and continuous improvement under the #białko brand, which he founded in 2017. Specializing in optimizing teams, processes, and products, he adeptly handles requirements and occasional agile scaling and transformations.
