I’m currently learning about the intersection of software and hardware development as VP of Software at Marshall. Before that, I spent 9 years in senior engineering and product leadership roles at Spotify.
I cultivate organisations where psychological safety, diverse perspectives and continuous learning spark innovation. I’m drawn to the dimensions of leadership that don’t get enough attention: resilience, complexity, and sustainability.
I thrive on research, speaking, and teaching, sharing practical insights on building deeply humane organisations that also deliver remarkable results. Fuelled by curiosity, joy, the Swedish nature, and long bike rides.
