Change practitioner with experience across delivery, transition, project, people and product-focused environments in technology organizations.
I work with teams and leaders on simplifying collaboration, reducing coordination overhead and improving flow as organizations scale.
My background combines delivery, organizational and digital change, PMO and operational work across startups, scaleups and larger corporate environments.
Workshop—Your Teams Aren’t Slow. Your Interactions Are.
When a company grows, getting work done often becomes secondary to coordinating the work.
A few more teams, a few more dependencies, a few more stakeholders and then everyone is stuck in sync meetings, waiting for approvals, chasing decisions and trying to figure out who actually owns what.
Teams spend more time aligning, waiting and coordinating than actually delivering value. This happens in fast-growing scaleups and large organizations alike. The structures may differ, but the patterns are often the same.
This workshop is a hands-on simulation. Together, we will build a mini-organization with too many dependencies, shifting priorities and coordination overload. The goal is simple: deliver work while dealing with the friction created by the system itself.
During the simulation, participants will experience: dependencies slowing everything down, overloaded teams becoming bottlenecks, endless coordination loops, unclear ownership, decision delays, and interactions becoming more expensive than the work itself.
Once the system starts breaking, teams will redesign how they collaborate, remove unnecessary/ unneeded interactions and compare how different ways of working impact flow, adaptability and delivery speed.
