Konrad has started 18 years ago in IT and Technology constantly growing in different industries both EU and Poland enterprises. Several years ago he got opportunity to pivot his career and focus on agile and those companies which feel the need for change. After software house, banking, telecommunications now he enjoys incredible agile journey with CD PROJEKT RED (Polish Game Development Studio known from worldwide franchises like The Witcher o Cyberpunk 2077) where AAA games made by hundreds of developers give great opportunities to customize, adapt and implement agile ways of working.
