Keynote—Building quality into your process and your product
How does your team or organization measure quality? Many teams measure process quality - how well they develop their product. An example of measuring process quality might be cycle time or lead time. They don’t realize they’re forgetting about the product quality – which is what the customer cares about.

Janet explores the interaction between the development process (which includes testing) and different types of quality measures that organizations use. She shares ideas about how a “good enough” process can make your product more valuable to customers. Discover different approaches you might use to measure your product’s quality.
