Bożena Andrzejak


Facilitator, coach, career advisor. Bożena sees her role in empowering her clients to explore their natural resources thus creating space to experiment and discover new effective behaviours. She supports individuals and self-organizing  teams development. As a coach and career advisor she mainly works with managers, IT specialists and entrepreneurs, assisting them to achieve ambitious goals, as well as to  develop their soft skills. The development process she conducts is based on client’s strengths while goals are examined for conformity with clients natural susceptibility. She supports her clients in developing interpersonal skills as well as competencies that are crucial to operate in their respective roles.

Using knowledge about psychological aspects of human behaviour in relationships, she helps her coachees to manage difficult interpersonal  issues, to utilize energy  trapped in conflict in a creative way, and finally, to build effective and cooperating teams.

Bożena gained her coaching skills studying at one of the most respectful coaching schools accredited by International Coach Federation, The Coaches Training Institute in London. She also completed  postgraduate studies in business psychology at the Leon Koźminski Academy (ALK) in Warsaw.

Being fascinated by Agile practitioners and enthusiasts attitude towards self-development,  she supports their efforts by sharing her knowledge during Agile Coach Camp Poland, Management 3.0 and Unconf. She also gives coaching sessions on events like Scrum Days or Agile by Example.
