I am an agile coach, trainer and facilitator passionate about helping teams navigate complexity, collaboration, and change through experiential learning.

My work combines coaching, systems thinking, and serious games to help teams build confidence in each other’s roles, agency, and decision-making. I enjoy designing interactive workshops that turn difficult organizational dynamics into practical learning experiences.

I am a Certified Team Coach (CTC) with Scrum Alliance and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Since 2024, I have also been a Certified Scrum Alliance Trainer (CSAT).

Since 2016, I have co-organized Agile Coach Camp Romania together with a group of passionate volunteers. I am actively involved in the European agile community through initiatives such as Play4Agile, #play14, Agile Lean Europe, Agile Coach Camps, and Product Camps.

I challenge you to SWITCH roles for a while: If you are a developer, to put on the PO hat and see what they see, feel what they feel!
If you are a PO, experiment how it is to execute a task having incomplete information and limited ways of communication!
If you are in another role, put yourself in both situations!

Come to FLEX your communication muscle and SEE reality from different angles at the same time!
We play the game and tweak its rules to experiment with increased quality of communication..
