Oskar Szewczyk is a software engineer at SoftNet, a company delivering solutions for Poland’s cooperative banking sector.

Currently, he focuses on modernizing both the banking system itself and the way software development work is organized.

He enjoys tackling problems across the full spectrum — from the big picture down to highly specialized technical details. What he values most is working in teams where strong engineering craft meets real business context.

Beyond his professional life, Oskar finds challenge and inspiration in the high mountains. His mountaineering résumé already includes several impressive summits.
