Digital Transformation Consultant | Agile Coach | Facilitator
Patrycja has worked across large-scale digital and organizational transformations, where teams often need to choose between competing priorities — not just “get aligned”. She combines analytical thinking and facilitation to help groups make sense of complex situations, surface what needs to be decided, and move from discussion to action.
Workshop—You Can’t Do Everything: A Live Experiment on Decision-Making Under Pressure
Many teams are busy. Very busy... yet outcomes still don’t move. Your team is not lazy. Your team may simply be avoiding decisions.
This will not be another sit-and-discuss workshop.
You’ll step into a fast-paced product organization simulation with too much work, conflicting priorities, limited capacity, hidden risks, and pressure to deliver. It will be active, messy, and reflective — because that is exactly how decision-making often feels in real organizations.
The goal is simple: maximize business value.
The catch: you cannot do everything.
This is a live experiment about what happens when teams confuse activity with progress and discussion with decision-making. We’ll start with a hypothesis: clearer decision ownership changes how teams work under pressure. Then we’ll test it together by comparing how different decision-making conditions affect real results in the room: value delivered, work started vs completed, unfinished work.
Come if you want to feel the cost of not deciding — and leave with better questions for your next overloaded backlog, planning session, or “alignment” meeting.
Patrycja will do the workshop together with Magdalena Potrykus.
