Karaleise has worked as a business analyst for over 10 years, she has spent most of that time working with agile teams to build best in class software for different industries to solve complex business problems such as loan application processing, revenue optimization, customer success and customer support among many others.
Karaleise currently works as a Senior Business Analyst in a SaaS organization. When not helping her team ship quality software, Karaleise makes contributions to the Business Analyst and agile communities with articles on her blog, YouTube videos, and Facebook group. Karaleise was born in Jamaica, has traveled the world, is multi-lingual and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
