Tomasz Kornaś
Tomasz is Head of Engineering at Ocado Technology, which builds the platform operated by Ocado Retail—the world’s largest dedicated online grocery retailer.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He started as a junior software developer and worked his way through the technology hierarchy, which helps him to understand organizational challenges from all sides.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and, probably, as a result, believes in the power of organizational culture as the most important element of every IT organization.
