Lucia is an Enterprise Coach with ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an ICF Coaching Instructor & Mentor Coach at Tandem Coaching Academy. She has a passion for coaching and enjoys creatively supporting others in their discovery towards an increased awareness, performance and fulfilment. Her mission is to unleash potential by sparking the energy that each client has inside. In her work as a Mentor Coach, Lucia serves coaches in their learning and growth journey to improve the mindset and skills they need to make a greater impact. 

She has 20 years of experience in multicultural and geographically distributed enterprises coaching teams, other coaches and leaders at all levels. She helps her clients define and achieve success and her goal is to help them create self-sustainable change. Lucia serves as an executive and leadership coach to leaders of non-profit organizations that work with rising leaders all over the world at crucial points in their careers to help them manifest the change they want to be, and see, in the world.

Lucia is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC), who also serves as a CTC Certification Reviewer. She is also ICAgile Instructor, Path to CSP Educator and contributed to the Scrum Alliance Path to Coaching program.
