Paweł has been a developer, quality assurance engineer, agile coach, product and technology manager for over 15 years. He is an Engineering Manager at Appsilon, overseeing commercial projects and building an environment for people to thrive. Formerly Paweł was a Vice President of Engineering at Codility and Head of Technology at Sotrender.
