Maciej is a Product Manager at Google working out of the HQ in Mountain View, California. After joining the company 5 years ago through its elite APM program, he co-founded Google Fit, led Consumer Chromebooks to double the sales in 24 months and is currently managing Google Display Network in Apps, a multi-billion dollar business and one of the fastest growing businesses in Google Ads. Before Google, he pursued a career in startups co-founding several organizations including TEDxWarsaw, Seriatim Foundation and The Kings Foundation. Maciej has been recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30, Financial Times New Europe 100 Challenger and the curator of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers community in Silicon Valley.

Trying to force the startup way of doing things on a corporation could be tragic. And vice versa. Building a product at a startup vs a large company - while sharing a common DNA could mean two very different things. In this keynote, Maciej is going to explore these similarities and differences by looking at product development, team leadership, strategy, incentives and culture, and package them in a series of lessons he learned as a startup entrepreneur and a longtime manager at Google in Silicon Valley.
